TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is: "Supply of bread and fresh bakery and confectionery products." in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract (minimum quality requirements) - Appendix No 5 to the SWZ, in the assortment and quantities in accordance with the price form – Appendix No 6 to the SWZ and the draft provisions of the contract – Appendix No 2 to the SWZ. 2. The detailed description of the subject of the contract and the manner of performance of the contract are set out in the draft provisions of the contract (together with the annexes). 3. Supplies of foodstuffs will be carried out on an ongoing basis. 4. Quality parameters, required (minimum) warranty period – have been specified in Appendix No 5 to the SWZ (PDF) - Description of the subject of the contract (Minimum Quality Requirements).
