TENDER DESCRIPTION
IFOSFAMIDUM A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in the assortment-and-price form constituting Annex No 1 to the SWZ, separately for each of the packages. The Contracting Authority requires that the offered medicinal products be included in the list of reimbursed medicines, i.e. be included in the currently applicable announcement of the Minister of Health — in Part C “medicines used within chemotherapy covering the entire scope of indications and intended uses, and in the indication specified by the clinical condition”.
