TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is successive deliveries of various food products to the Police Academy in Piła. 2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract and a complete list of the assortment that is the subject of the deliveries, as well as the estimated quantity of the ordered products, are provided in the Assortment-and-Quantity Specification, which constitutes Appendix No 2 to the SWZ. This Appendix forms part of the tender, and therefore it must be submitted in the form prescribed for the tender. 3. The quantities given are estimated quantities and do not oblige the Contracting Authority to purchase the products in those quantities. 4. The Contracting Authority reserves the right not to perform the contract in an amount up to 50% of the total gross remuneration. In the event that part of the contract is not performed, the Contractors shall not be entitled to any financial or legal claims. 5. The Contracting Authority does not divide the contract into parts.
