TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the contract is the delivery of equipment for performing chronic total occlusion (CTO) procedures of coronary arteries at the Interventional Radiology, Hemodynamics and Electrocardiology Laboratory Team of the Świętokrzyskie Cardiology Center of the Provincial Combined Hospital in Kielce, i.e., guides and microcatheters dedicated to CTO procedures. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the quantity of the ordered assortment are specified in Annex No. 2 to the ToR - assortment and price form. Information regarding delivery terms, warranty, and remuneration is contained in Annex No. 3 to the ToR – draft contract provisions for the public procurement contract on deposit terms.
