Adapting the building occupied by the Second Tax Office in Tarnów and the MUC-S in Kraków at Al. Solidarności 5-9 A and B in Tarnów to currently applicable fire protection (p.poż.) regulations. 1. The subject of the contract is construction works for a task involving the adaptation of the building occupied by the Second Tax Office in Tarnów and the Małopolska Customs and Tax Office in Kraków at Al. Solidarności 5-9 A and B in Tarnów to currently applicable fire protection (p.poż.) regulations. "2. A detailed description of the subject matter and the conditions for performance of the contract have been included in: 1) Draft contract provisions (PPU) - Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ; 2) Description of the subject matter of the contract (OPZ) - Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ / PPU; 3) Technical documentation - Appendix No. 5 to the SWZ. 3. The contract with the Contractor selected during the procedure will be concluded on the terms specified in the Draft Contract Provisions (PPU) constituting Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ.
