TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this contract is the performance of construction works involving the adaptation of part of the building after the primary school in the town of Słuszczyn 42, 27-320 Solec nad Wisłą, on the registered plot designated as No. 406/5, in accordance with the developed technical documentation. The works will consist of adapting the facility for the needs of the storehouse and works related to the replacement of the roof covering and its elements. The scope of the works has been divided into two parts: Part 1. “Adaptation of part of the premises of the building after the primary school in Słuszczyn to the needs of the civil defence storehouse”: The adaptation will cover the ground-floor premises of the building, where works related to: the replacement of window and door joinery, the replacement of the electrical installation, the execution of industrial floors, the refurbishment of walls and ceilings will be carried out, in particular: 1) dismantling furnaces, 2) chiselling out from the wall the window and door frames, 3) scraping off and washing off paint, 4) dismantling wooden floors, 5) infilling openings in the walls, 6) installation of doors and windows, 7)…
