Adaptation of two gymnasiums at Primary School No. 1 in Żnin, named after the Greater Poland Insurgents, in order to use them as hospital premises The subject of the planned undertaking is to carry out comprehensive renovation and restoration works within the area of the gymnasiums, including in particular the restoration and modernization of wall and ceiling surfaces, as well as the renovation of the existing sports surfaces. The scope of the works has been tailored to the assumptions of the OC and OL programme and is aimed at improving the technical condition, aesthetics and functionality of the rooms, while preserving their current intended use. The applied surface coatings must be characterised by a deeply matt or matt finish, minimizing the formation of light reflections and glare. The colour scheme of wall coatings must ensure appropriate contrast with the door fittings and communication routes (in accordance with the guidelines of architectural accessibility standards). The materials used (filler compounds, primers, paints) must be odourless or characterised by minimal emission of volatile organic compounds (VOC).
