Adaptation of the Józef Elsner Philharmonic in Opole to the needs of persons with disabilities The subject of the contract is the adaptation of the Józef Elsner Philharmonic in Opole to the needs of persons with disabilities by implementing infrastructural measures eliminating architectural and communication barriers. This contract focuses on removing access barriers located within communication routes and sanitary rooms.The contractor’s task will include designing and performing the necessary construction and installation works in accordance with the procurement documents, in particular the SWZ, the Draft provisions of the contract, the Supplementary document to the PFU, and the Functional and Utility Programme (PFU), in three functional areas of the building.
