“Functional adaptation and purchase of equipment for the needs of the performance hall of the Centre for Cultural Activity in Halasy”. 4.1. The subject of the contract comprises construction works and deliveries together with installation, commissioning and configuration of devices as part of the investment project entitled: “Functional adaptation and purchase of equipment for the needs of the performance hall of the Centre for Cultural Activity in Halasy”. 4.2. The location of the investment is at Halasy 42A, 21-560 Międzyrzec Podlaski (Międzyrzec Podlaski municipality, Biała county, Lublin Voivodeship). The Contracting Authority informs that the Centre for Cultural Activity facility will not operate during the performance of the subject matter of the contract by the Contractor, and that it is currently a new facility not used until now. 4.3. The scope of the task includes construction works and deliveries together with activities necessary for their installation, commissioning and configuration, serving the functional adaptation of the Centre for Cultural Activity in Halasy for administrative and artistic activities.
