Adjustment of the existing technical infrastructure for connection to a backup source of power at designated locations, together with the purchase of 3 high-power generators 1. The subject of the contract is construction works consisting in adapting the existing technical infrastructure for connection to a backup source of power at the following locations, together with delivery of three high-power generators: a) Social Assistance Home in Dębcach, Dębka 11, 74-100 Dębka, b) Social Assistance Home in Nowe Czarnowo, Nowe Czarnowo 66, 74-105 Nowe Czarnowo, c) Care and Treatment Facility of the Provincial Hospital in Gryfino, ul. Armii Krajowej 8, 74-100 Gryfino. 1.1 The detailed description of the subject matter of the contract includes: the contract template constituting Annex No 4 to the SWZ, the Project Documentation constituting Annex No 10 to the SWZ, and the Technical Specifications for Execution and Acceptance of Works constituting Annex No 9 to the SWZ.
