Adjustment of premises to the needs of persons with disabilities – reconstruction of the Special Education and Educational Centre building in Jałowęsach, Stage I Subject of the contract: “Adjustment of premises to the needs of persons with disabilities – reconstruction of the Special Education and Educational Centre building in Jałowęsach, Stage I”. Description of the property: The investment will be carried out in Jałowęsach, district opatowski, municipality of Opatów, on the plot with cadastral number 401/1. The property site is built up and developed with a palace-and-park layout. Within the built-up volumetric construction objects on the plot there are: - a historic building of the Special Education and Educational Centre - a residential house for teachers - an utility building in which there is a gas boiler serving adjacent facilities - an utility building – as a shelter structure - garages in a lightweight steel structure.
