TENDER DESCRIPTION

Adapting the school to the needs of students with Special Educational Needs – Modernisation and adaptation of the sanitary facilities in the school. 1. The subject of the contract is the performance of construction works consisting in the modernisation and adaptation of sanitary facilities in the school at the Zespół Szkół nr 3 im. Jana III Sobieskiego in Szczytno to meet the needs of students with special educational needs (SPE). Lump-sum settlement. 2. The contract is awarded in parts, each of which constitutes the subject matter of a separate public procurement procedure. 3. The detailed description and scope of the contract are provided by the technical documentation constituting Annex No 5 to the SWZ, including technical descriptions, the technical specification for execution and acceptance of works, and bills of quantities. The bills of quantities are of an auxiliary nature for lump-sum settlement. 4. The Contractor is obliged to carry out the contract on the basis of the rules and conditions described in the draft provisions of the contract, constituting Annex No 4 to the SWZ.
