Adaptation of the school entrance for persons with disabilities, purchase and installation of a platform for the transport of persons with disabilities The subject of the contract is to carry out the task entitled "Adaptation of the school entrance for persons with disabilities, purchase and installation of a platform for the transport of persons with disabilities". Place of performance: Primary School No. 3 named after St. Stanisław Kostka, Lipnica Wielka 825, 34-483 Lipnica Wielka. The scope includes in particular: preparatory and demolition works, earthworks, construction of sub-bases and a reinforced concrete foundation, insulation, reinstatement of the pavement/surface, execution of electrical power supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of a vertical platform for persons with disabilities, carrying out tests and measurements, training of staff, and obtaining a positive decision from the competent unit of the Office of Technical Inspection (Urząd Dozoru Technicznego) permitting operation of the device.
