TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the framework agreement consists of the purchase of medical equipment, instruments and accessories necessary to equip the Cluj County Emergency Clinical Hospital, Cluj-Napoca for the surgical treatment of orthopedic pathology and perioperative pain management. The equipment is intended to support primary and revision joint replacement interventions, including through robotic assistance and surgical navigation, arthroscopic procedures and interventions on bone structures, as well as associated activities of intraoperative imaging, hemostasis control, interventional pain treatment and processing of reusable instruments. The contracting authority’s need concerns ensuring the equipment through which the medical team can prepare, carry out and verify the intervention, under conditions adapted to the anatomical features, the complexity of the condition and the patient’s functional recovery objectives. In this context, the requested products contribute to successive and coordinated stages of the same therapeutic pathway: preoperative planning, patient positioning, assisting and performing surgical maneuvers, intraoperative verification and pain management.
