TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the provision of transport services to educational units* located in Districts I–XVIII of the City of Kraków or outside the boundaries of the City of Kraków, and the return transport to the place of residence of approximately 930 disabled children (including approximately 130 children in wheelchairs) from the area of the City Commune of Kraków, using technically fit means of transport and adapted for passenger transport (including vehicles adapted for the transport of persons with disabilities in wheelchairs), together with providing them care during transport. * An educational unit shall mean the unit listed in Article 2(1)–(8) of the Act of 14 December 2016 – Education Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 737, as amended), excluding units providing continuing education within the meaning of Article 4(30) of that Act.
