Transport of children from within the Municipality of Kunów to the Antoniego Hedy “Szary” Primary School (PSP) in Kunów, the Public Kindergarten in Kunów, the School-Pre-school Complex in Janik, and the PSP in Wymysłów 1. The subject of the contract is the transport of children from within the Municipality of Kunów to the Antoniego Hedy “Szary” Primary School (PSP) in Kunów, the Public Kindergarten in Kunów, the School-Pre-school Complex in Janik, and the PSP in Wymysłów. 2. By the term “school transport”, the Contracting Authority means the provision of transport to and from school for students within communication for a specified group of persons, i.e. for students, together with ensuring conditions of safety and hygiene during boarding, getting off and travel by vehicle. 3. The drop-offs will take place on school days in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of National Education and Sport of 18 April 2002 on the organisation of the school year (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 46, item 432 and Journal of Laws of 2019, item 402) and the amendments established by decisions of school principals.
