TENDER DESCRIPTION

Transport to and from elderly persons to the Senior+ Daily Home and the Senior Club in Łaziska Górne at 8 ul. kard. Wyszyńskiego in 2027 The subject of the contract is the provision of transport services consisting in bringing and taking back the beneficiaries from their place of residence, located within the City of Łaziska Górne, to the “Senior+” Daily Home and the Senior Club, located at 8 ul. kard. Wyszyńskiego in Łaziska Górne. The transport will be provided for the beneficiaries of the “Senior+” Daily Home—approximately 20 persons—and for the Senior Club—approximately 6 persons. The number of persons using the transport will depend on the current needs of the Contracting Authority. The number of persons transported in a single day shall not exceed 25 persons using the “Senior+” Daily Home and 15 persons using the Senior Club. Transport will be provided with a vehicle that, in the basic configuration, provides at least 17 seats for passengers, not including the driver’s seat, and that is adapted in accordance with applicable regulations for the safe transport of at least one person remaining during the journey in a wheelchair.
