The subject of the contract is the provision of transport and return services for 1 student with a disability (a person who moves using a wheelchair), residing in the town of Czółna 151, to the Special Primary School in Lublin, ul. Bronowicka 21. 3. The Contractor is required to provide a carer who will supervise the student during their transport to school and on the way back. The carer should have documented training in providing medical first aid or pre-medical first aid. 4.
