TENDER DESCRIPTION

Subscription and service maintenance of medical equipment manufactured by Dräger, including spare parts.  -The preventive sets and spare parts subject to periodic replacement, according to the manufacturer’s instructions, are included in the subscription price (according to the preventive plan for the respective device – Appendix to the Technical Specification). -The spare parts that are necessary to carry out repairs of the subscribed equipment are included in the price of the subscription agreement. They will be used for repairs upon the instructions of the service specialists following diagnostics performed upon request by the CONTRACTING AUTHORITY or during preventive maintenance or inspection of the equipment, without any additional payment by the CONTRACTING AUTHORITY. -The costs for diagnostics, repairs, inspections, preventive maintenance and training of newly recruited personnel or other visits requested by the CONTRACTING AUTHORITY, which are related to the provided service, are included in the subscription price. -The warranty period for the installed spare parts is 12 months, unless the manufacturer has provided another period, and for the repaired unit or component –…
