Creation of 44 new apartments on the Dreispitzpassage property by adding floors on top of the existing underground parking garage with the dismantling of the shopping mall, installation of a green courtyard, and adaptation of the adjoining building parts Component G on all floors and components A/B and D/E on the ground and underground floors (see overview plan of components). Location and urban development The property is centrally located in the Berlin - Mitte district. Seven houses with their own access and 6 or 7 floors form the three-sided block along Friedrichstraße, Claire-Waldoff-Straße, and Reinhardtstraße with the internal ground-floor "Dreispitzpassage."
