TENDER DESCRIPTION

Creation of 44 new apartments on the Dreispitzpassage site by adding floors on top of the existing underground car park with dismantling of the shopping mall, installation of a green inner courtyard, and adjustment of the adjacent building parts Section G on all floors and Section A/B and D/E on the ground floor and basement (see overview plan of building parts). Location and Urban Development The site is centrally located in the Berlin - Mitte district. Seven buildings with their own access and 6 or 7 floors form the three-sided block along Friedrichstraße, Claire-Waldoff-Straße, and Reinhardtstraße with the inner ground-floor "Dreispitzpassage". Along the historically existing access path between Reinhardtstraße and Claire-Waldoff-Straße, hereinafter briefly referred to as the "Spitzweg", sits the fourth, low block, a 2-storey section consisting of underground car park level TG 1 on the ground floor and mall on the 1st floor.
