Διακήρυξη για την «ΠΡΟΜΗΘΕΙΑ ΜΗ ΣΤΕΛΕΧΩΜΕΝΩΝ ΜΕΣΩΝ (DRONES) ΣΤΟ ΛΙΜΕΝΙΚΟ ΣΩΜΑ

The contract has a total duration of nine (9) months from the date of its signing. The contract concludes once the entire quantity of materials and services has been delivered, the materials and services have been definitively received both quantitatively and qualitatively, the contractual price has been fully paid (after any penalties or discounts), and all other contractual obligations from both parties have been fulfilled, including the release of the relevant guarantee.

Key milestones or phases include:

• The contractor is required to deliver the items and services as specified in ANNEX I of the tender, within nine (9) months from the contract's signing.
• There are two distinct option rights. The first allows for a quantitative extension of the original contract's scope with the same technical specifications. The second option right involves maintenance services for a duration of up to three (3) years, covering the Warranty and Maintenance Period. The activation of these options is contingent upon securing their funding.
• The Monitoring and Acceptance Committee (ΕΠΠΕ) is tasked with systematically overseeing the progress of the individual phases of the project.
