TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Federal Joint Committee (G-BA) is the highest decision-making body of the joint self-governance of physicians, dentists, psychotherapists, hospitals and health insurance funds in Germany. In connection with the tasks assigned to it, various information obligations arise vis-à-vis insured persons. The subject of this procurement is the award, in separate lots, of four framework agreements with a single company each for printing and mailing services to fulfil these information obligations. Each of the intended framework agreements relates to a specific printed product or a package of several printed products — in addition to the maternity record (Mutterpass) and the child health examination booklet (Kinderuntersuchungsheft), various patient information. The individual framework agreements have an initial term of two years and may be extended by the contracting authority up to two times for one year each.
