TENDER DESCRIPTION

The objective of this procurement procedure is to conclude a framework agreement for printing production of the printed and advertising products of the Stiftung Stadtmuseum Berlin (including invitation cards, postcards, flyers) for the sites and projects. The foundation includes the Berlin Museum with its buildings Nikolaikirche, Knoblauchhaus, Ephraim-Palais and the Museumsdorf Düppel. Here, the Berlin Museum presents exhibitions on Berlin’s history from the beginnings to today. Another site is the exhibition BERLIN GLOBAL in the Humboldt Forum. These are conveyed and presented in various products. By the end of July 2026, the foundation’s rebranding was completed, including new design and the name of the public brand (Berlin Museum). A reliable contracting party is to be selected who can deliver the required printed products promptly and with high quality. Particularly important is trustworthy collaboration with a great deal of flexibility and customer-oriented service.
