TENDER DESCRIPTION
Framework agreement for printers & multifunction systems for all facilities of the Limburg-Weilburg district The current and future systems are distributed across approximately 74 locations in the Limburg-Weilburg district. The Limburg-Weilburg district currently operates approximately 507 printers and multifunction systems in a consolidated structure. At present, the page volume in DIN A4 format for the printers across all locations is approximately 82.5 million SW pages and approximately 12.7 million pages in the colour segment over 60 months. As part of the design and tendering project now being initiated, consolidation and optimization of paper output is to be carried out. The service being tendered includes the procurement, rental, delivery, commissioning and full service of printers and multifunction systems for all facilities of the Limburg-Weilburg district.
