TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract concerns: • Delivering, producing and/or printing letters, voter passes, (replacement) polling cards, authorisations, ballot papers, candidate lists in both normal and large print, and envelopes in good time. In accordance with the specific specifications of the Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations (Kiesraad) and the contracting authority. • Processing the address and dispatch files and personalising the polling documents. • Converting the sets of polling documents per election and the variants thereof. • Dispatching the polling documents to the locations indicated by the contracting authority. • The contractor will provide a web portal for uploading and downloading documents, such as print proofs, voter database, an overview of polling cards to be issued, and to share other documents. • Being able to deal appropriately with unexpected situations.
