TENDER DESCRIPTION

The aim is to prepare design documentation for a comprehensive reconstruction of the Buchlovice Home for the Elderly, the purpose of which is to bring the building into compliance with current fire safety requirements, technical standards and applicable legal regulations, increase the safety of clients and employees, and at the same time improve the technical condition and operational functionality of the building. The design documentation will serve as a basis for the gradual implementation of construction modifications while maintaining the operation of the facility.
