DSP - Pumpenhaus Scharnhorststraße Dezentral

The contract is scheduled to begin on November 1, 2027, and conclude on April 1, 2029. This results in a total duration of 1 year and 5 months. The core scope of work for this tender, titled "DSP - Pumpenhaus Scharnhorststraße Dezentral", is an infrastructure project aimed at expanding and modernizing the Scharnhorststraße heating plant. This involves the construction of a new heat exchanger station, including two pump groups, associated piping systems, and necessary electrical and control technology. The project is to be executed in a brownfield environment within an existing heating plant site.

The Statement of Work (SOW) encompasses the following key deliverables and tasks:

• Detailed Planning and Execution: Ausführungsplanung (detailed design), procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover of the new plant technology, including all required ancillary services.
• System Integration: Anbindung neuer Rohrleitungen und Komponenten an bestehende Versorgungs- und Rohrleitungssysteme (Connection of new pipelines and components to existing supply and piping systems) and Einbindung bestehender Anlagenkomponenten in neu errichtete Systeme (Integration of existing plant components into newly constructed systems).
• Installation and Assembly: Lieferung und Montage von Armaturen, Regel- und Absperreinrichtungen (Delivery and assembly of fittings, control, and shut-off devices) with nominal diameters approximately DN 250 to DN 600.
• Structural Work: Planung und Errichtung von Rohrleitungsbefestigungen sowie unterstützenden Stahlbaukonstruktionen (Planning and construction of pipe fastenings and supporting steel structures), and Herstellung von Fundamenten für Anlagen- und Stahlbaukomponenten (Manufacturing of foundations for plant and steel construction components).
• Electrical and Control Technology: Anpassung und Erweiterung von Niederspannungs-, Energieversorgungs- und Antriebssystemen (Adaptation and expansion of low-voltage, power supply, and drive systems), Anpassung und Erweiterung von Mess-, Steuerungs- und Leittechnik (Adaptation and expansion of measurement, control, and instrumentation technology), and Erneuerung elektrischer Energieversorgungsanlagen einschließlich Kabelverlegung (Renewal of electrical power supply systems, including cable laying). The planning of electrical and control technology is an integral part of the project, with consideration for interfaces to existing systems.
• Demolition and Removal: Demontage und Rückbau bestehender Anlagen- und Rohrleitungskomponenten (Dismantling and removal of existing plant and piping components) with nominal diameters up to approximately DN 500.
• Site-Specific Works: The connections to the network are to be made on the company premises, and the above-ground routing of two DN500 lines on an existing steel structure on the premises is part of the project scope.
• Critical Operational Constraint: Maintaining supply security and implementing all relevant connection works within a three-month shutdown window is a key consideration.
