TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Stadtwerke Kiel (hereinafter referred to as SWK) plan to modernise and expand the supply capacity and supply security in the north of Kiel. The aim is to create a revision-safe and low-maintenance connection for the gas, water, district heating, electricity and telecommunications lines. This is to be achieved by constructing a new düker under the North Sea Canal to carry the above-mentioned media for the SWK. The overall project “Düker North Sea Canal” is divided into four lots including tunnel structure and media lines (Lot 1), connection lines (Lot 2), technical equipment (Lot 3) and the expansion of the shaft structures (Lot 4). The subject of this Lot 2 is: a) Laying of district heating pipelines KMR DN 300/450 south of the North Sea Canal in the urban area over a length of approx. 1 km including connection to the existing network b) Laying of two PE 110 kV cable duct pipe routes (each consisting of 3 cable protection duct pipes PE 100 SDR 7.4 d 200) north and south of the North Sea Canal in the urban area, as well as connection of the empty ducts on the premises of a substation.
