TENDER DESCRIPTION
The purpose of this public contract is the reconstruction and extension of the existing building of the former hotel and the overall revitalisation of the adjacent site, with the aim of building modern accommodation facilities. The subject of this public contract is the execution of the work – carrying out the reconstruction and extension of the existing building under building permit/premises no. 575/100 (hereinafter referred to as “Work”). The Work shall be carried out in accordance with the Documentation for Execution of the Construction prepared by Ing.Arch. Jakub Kuthan, with its registered office at Spojovací 467, 25301 Hostivice, Company ID (IČO) 87577402, which forms Appendix No. 2 to these procurement conditions, and in accordance with the issued Decision No. ref. MUCH 84534/202. The subject matter of the public contract includes all works and deliveries, activities and actions necessary for the proper and timely execution of the Work as described in these procurement conditions and their annexes.
