TENDER DESCRIPTION

For the location Halle (Saale), a service contract for the entrance guard service is to be concluded for the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027. Optionally, the contract may be extended a maximum of 3 times by 1 year each, provided that the contracting authority (AG) or the contractor (AN) does not issue termination at the latest 3 months before the end of the contract. The entrance guard service is to be provided for fixed deployment planning with two persons in a shift rotation, as well as with at least one person for any substitute deployment (so-called “springer”). In the event of unforeseeable, spontaneous absence of an employee designated for the entrance guard service, it must be ensured that the entrance guard service is staffed as a replacement within 3 hours. Staffing shall be provided on all working days during the following period: - from 01.01. to 31.05. and from 01.09. to 31.12. of each year, Monday to Friday from 5:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. - from 01.06. to 31.08. of each year, Monday to Friday from 5:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. - Staffing of the entrance guard service on 24.12. and 31.12. of each year is not required.
