TENDER DESCRIPTION

For the Halle (Saale) location, a service contract for reception/entry guard services is to be concluded from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027. The contract may optionally be extended up to 3 times by 1 year each, provided that neither the contracting authority (AG) nor the contractor (AN) gives notice of termination no later than 3 months before the end of the contract. The reception/entry guard service is to be provided for fixed duty scheduling with two persons on a shift rotation basis, as well as with at least one person for any substitute deployment (so-called “springer”). In the event of unforeseeable, spontaneous absence of an employee assigned to the reception/entry guard service, replacement staffing for the reception/entry guard service must be ensured within 3 hours. Staffing shall be provided on all working days during the following period: - from 01.01. to 31.05. as well as from 01.09. to 31.12. of each year, Mondays to Fridays from 5.30 a.m. to 7.30 p.m. - from 01.06. to 31.08. of each year, Mondays to Fridays from 5.00 a.m. to 7.30 p.m. - Staffing for the reception/entry guard service on 24.12. and 31.12. of each year is not required.
