TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this tender is the conduct of hearings with victims of sexual abuse during childhood and youth, as well as with contemporary witnesses (acquaintances, relatives, teachers, etc.) concerning their experiences or observations of abuse by hearing officers. Since the conduct of the hearings must ensure the highest possible confidentiality, the tender project is aimed at professional confidentiality holders, in particular lawyers and psychological psychotherapists. Only individual natural persons may apply; companies are not eligible to apply. To facilitate travel for persons to be heard, the hearings are to take place decentrally throughout the entire Federal territory, preferably in larger cities. The hearing officers are to be selected so that victims in all regions of Germany have access to a hearing offer as close as possible to their place of residence. To this end, contracts with 14 hearing officers are intended to be concluded.
