TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this tender is the conduct of hearings of individuals affected by sexual abuse during childhood and adolescence, as well as contemporary witnesses (acquaintances, relatives, teachers, etc.) regarding their experiences or observations of abuse, conducted by hearing officers. Since maximum confidentiality is to be ensured for conducting the hearings, the tender is addressed to professionals bound by confidentiality, in particular lawyers and psychological psychotherapists. Only individual natural persons may apply; companies are not eligible. To facilitate travel for those to be heard, the hearings are to be held decentrally throughout the Federal territory, preferably in larger cities. Hearing officers are to be selected in such a way that affected persons in all regions of Germany have access to a hearing as close to their place of residence as possible. To this end, contracts are planned to be concluded with 14 hearing officers.
