TENDER DESCRIPTION

Background The contracting authority needs to establish a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) for supplementary procurements, assistance and consultancy of network systems and equipment. The need is for the replacement of older equipment and continual procurements for the existing network platform. The network infrastructure supports mission critical functions. Therefore it is necessary to ensure stable access to compatible equipment over time, as well as facilitate high security of delivery, quick handling at errors and robust supply chains. A DPS gives the contracting authority flexibility for varying purchasing needs and at the same time an option for an efficient competition for the individual procurements within the scheme. The scheme shall contribute to the continuation of a standardised network platform with systems that can be integrated easily, administered efficiently and support centralised operation, monitoring and logging.
