TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority establishes a dynamic purchasing system for the supply of medical devices of the type medical technology (medical devices) for the needs of the departments and clinics of the FNB, including, if applicable, any accessories and consumables necessary for the use of the purchased medical technology/medical devices for an indefinite period. If the nature of the purchased MD requires the performance of safety-technical tests or other tests or inspections defined in the instructions for use or by applicable legislation, the contracting authority will require, as part of performance, the execution of these activities.
