TENDER DESCRIPTION

By means of this procurement procedure, the contracting authority establishes a dynamic purchasing system (hereinafter referred to as “DPS”) for awarding public contracts for the supply of medicinal products and medicinal preparations pursuant to Sections 138 to 142 of the Act. The DPS shall mean a fully electronic procedure for standard purchases in accordance with the contracting authority’s operational needs, with the procedure being open to all suppliers that meet the qualification requirements and submit a request to participate.
