TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of public contracts awarded under the DPS shall be the provision of supervision activities, i.e. control activities and related services in the implementation of public contracts for the removal of old environmental burdens (hereinafter also only “SEZ”) for the Ministry of Finance as the contracting authority. Provision of supervision activities shall mean, in particular, performing oversight over the implementation of public contracts in the SEZ area by another supplier. The requested services may include, in particular, the following activities: • checking the purposefulness of the work performed and their procedure, • checking the drawdown of the approved budget and compliance with unit prices, • checking compliance of the work performed with the approved projects and checking compliance with the specified and approved technological procedures, • checking compliance of the work performed with legislation and with the requirements of public administration authorities, • checking the scope and quality of the work and achievement of the target parameters, • issuing a supervision opinion on all proposed changes and adjustments to the work procedure, on the processed…
