TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of public contracts awarded under the DPS will be financial services consisting in particular in providing financing in the form of financial leasing, operating leasing or a loan, primarily for the purpose of acquiring tangible and intangible movable property, in particular passenger, cargo and ambulance vehicles for healthcare facilities, catering equipment (equipment for kitchens, canteens and similar operations), in accordance with the current needs of the contracting authority Krajské zdravotní, a.s., or according to the needs of the contracting authorities that are empowered to act. The detailed definition of the subject matter of the individual public contracts awarded under the DPS, including technical, commercial and contractual conditions, will always be stated in the individual call for tenders in accordance with Section 141 of the ZZVZ.
