Dynamický nákupní systém na výrobu a dodávky mincí ze stříbra a zlata pro roky 2027 – 2029

TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Czech National Bank introduces a dynamic purchasing system (hereinafter referred to as the “DPS”) under a above-threshold regime in the procurement procedure pursuant to Section 138(1) of the Act. In this procurement procedure, the contracting authority proceeds appropriately in accordance with the rules for a restricted procedure pursuant to Section 58 et seq. of the Act. The procurement documents are prepared as a compendium of procurement terms and conditions that define the details necessary for the establishment of the DPS for the production and supply of coins made of silver and gold for the years 2027 - 2029, defined in more detail in points 1 and 2 of the procurement documents, further as a compendium of the conditions for the inclusion of suppliers in the DPS within the procurement procedure, as well as for the inclusion of suppliers in the already established DPS. The conditions of the procurement procedure for the establishment of the DPS, in particular the qualification conditions and the commercial terms and conditions for public contracts awarded under the established DPS, were the subject of preliminary market consultations pursuant to Section 33 of the Act…
