TENDER DESCRIPTION
The contracting authority introduces a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) in the contract award procedure in the above-threshold regime pursuant to Section 138 et seq. of the Act. Within the DPS, the contracting authority will award individual public contracts for the provision of expert services in the field of information and communication technologies (ICT) to support the implementation of ČEPS projects, in the form of teams, where each team will always consist of at least 2 roles that correspond to the relevant services and are defined in Annex No. 4 to the Tender Documentation (Roles Catalogue).
