TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement procedure is the establishment of a dynamic purchasing system pursuant to Section 138 et seq. of Act No 134/2016 Coll., on public procurement, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the “Act”). The subject matter of the performance of public contracts awarded in the DNS will be the supply of active or passive network elements or hardware or software technologies to ensure cyber security or to protect the perimeter. The subject matter of the performance of individual public contracts awarded in the DNS may also include the procurement or renewal of software licences, the provision of extended warranties or service support under an SLA regime, or the provision of related service, implementation or consultancy services relating to these elements or technologies. Individual public contracts will be awarded in the DNS on the basis of individual invitations to submit tenders pursuant to Section 141 of the Act. The tendering conditions for specific public contracts awarded in the DNS will always be set out in the individual invitations to submit tenders.
