TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the performance of public contracts awarded under this DPS is the provision of services consisting of the preparation, promotion, provision, and evaluation of events/activities aimed at promoting, among others, the Operational Programme Fair Transition, primarily in the Karlovy Vary, Ústí nad Labem and Moravian-Silesian Regions. Within these events/activities, the selected supplier will ensure the preparation, promotion, and execution of model events and their evaluation in connection with the central campaign activities. Preparation means securing the appropriate permits, locating and renting suitable premises, technical background (sound system, lighting, internet connection, live streaming equipment, etc.), indoor or outdoor furniture (party tents, tables, chairs, and others depending on the event), catering/refreshments (food and drinks according to the event specification) and other related services necessary for the execution of the event (e.g. personnel provision: hostesses, technicians, catering staff, security, administration related to registrations).
