TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this public procurement is the establishment of a dynamic purchasing system (hereinafter referred to as “DPS”) for placing contracts for the purchase and delivery of licences, including related services, for the needs of the Social Insurance Company. A detailed specification of the subject of the contract, its exact scope as well as other supplementary information will be provided in the call for tenders for the specific contract. The purpose of establishing a DPS is to create a platform for placing contracts within the DPS in order to enable the contracting authority to place contracts flexibly in accordance with the Public Procurement Act, based on its actual needs in the area of ensuring licences and related services within its information system.
