______________________________________________________________________________________________ (1) The subject of the Dynamic Purchasing System ('DPS") is the provision of services in the scope of forest management, in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1) point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests, including work in the scope of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, including clearing firebreaks, performing shifts at Alarm and Dispatch Points within the territory of the given Contracting Authority, acquiring and skidding timber, clearing areas damaged by biotic and abiotic factors, and other forest services, including nursery management, game management and meadow-farming management, planned to be carried out within the territory of the Forest Districts of the given Contracting Authority, as well as work involving felling trees and shrubs on land covered by decisions authorising the implementation of a road investment (hereinafter “ZRID”), carried out on the basis of agreements concluded between the Forest Districts (Contracting Authority) and road managers, for the period during which the DPS is established. - to be carried out within the…
