TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the Dynamic Purchasing System ("DPS") contract is forest management services, as defined in Article 6 paragraph 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests (consolidated text Journal of Laws of 2026, item 663 – hereinafter the "Forests Act"), including work in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and extraction, and other forestry services, including hunting management and meadow-agricultural services, intended to be performed on the territory of the forest districts of the Contracting Authority, as well as activities consisting of tree and shrub felling on lands covered by road investment permit decisions (hereinafter ZRID), carried out based on agreements concluded between the forest districts (Contracting Authority) and the road administrators, during the period for which the DPS is established.
