The Stichting 113 Zelfmoordpreventie foundation establishes a Dynamic Purchasing System (DAS) for the hiring of external personnel. The DAS will be set for a period of 2 years, starting in week 43. After that, there is the option to extend it twice by a period of one year. For the implementation of the DAS, the digital platform of www.flextender.nl will be used.
