The Municipality of Maastricht wishes, through the DPS, to specifically approach the current market for filling specific strategic expertise (advisory services). The Municipality of Maastricht wants to organize the purchasing/hiring process efficiently, with high transparency of the process. With the DPS, the Municipality of Maastricht wants to be able to flexibly attract expertise while respecting procurement rules.
