TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Municipality of Zaanstad wants to renew the existing DRIS. Flagpole mast displays must be replaced, with the possibility of reusing the existing masts. The Municipality wants to replace abridisplays with E-ink displays in a stop board that can be attached to a mast or on a (stop) pole. At Zaandam station and the junction “De Vlinder”, the DRIS will be renewed. The Municipality receives a subsidy from Vervoerregio Amsterdam for the renewal of displays, but must pay for maintenance itself. The subsidy requires that delivery is completed by 30 September 2027. Approximately 45 flagpole mast displays must be replaced, reusing existing masts and foundations. Approximately 90 abridisplays supplemented with 15 E-ink displays for Zaandam station and the junction De Vlinder (total 105) must be replaced by E-ink displays in a stop board that will be attached to a (to be supplied) mast.
