TENDER DESCRIPTION

As a public contracting authority, Berliner Immobilienmanagement GmbH manages over 5,000 properties of the State of Berlin. These include properties belonging, among others, to the general inventory (e.g., administrative buildings), refugee accommodations, cultural buildings, police and fire brigade facilities, as well as schools and judicial buildings. Within this administrative activity, there is a regular need to procure a variety of services in the area of sun protection services. Against this background, tenders for corresponding services are to be continuously conducted via a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS). The aim is to build a qualified pool of bidders that is available for future individual orders. Inclusion in the bidder pool entitles participation in future tenders for sun protection services within the DPS framework.
